This company has grown exponentially and has brought a great number of jobs to the central Florida area. The V.P. Michael Goodman set off with a goal of being an independent business owner who treats his workers with the respect and dignity they deserve. He takes great pride in the company that he started from the ground up. Prior to starting his own company, he was an asphalt laborer, working for another company. He wanted to change the way that asphalt workers are treated and operate with integrity. Practicing these principles day in and day out at Imperial Paving, he has accomplished his goal.
